Revive BJJ is a brand new Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school coming to St. Charles, Missouri. Opening in December 2019, Revive will offer a variety of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and fitness classes.
The BJJ classes will be available for kids, teens, and adults in both Gi (with the traditional kimono uniform) and No Gi (with the use of rash guards and tight fitted compression clothing).
Mixed Martial Arts is a composition of various fighting techniques such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai, boxing, judo, etc. Revive will have Muay Thai classes utilizing brand new equipment, such as, professional heavy bags for striking and kicking, hand pads, punch mits, and kicking shields.
The cardio kickboxing fitness classes are a great way to get in shape while learning the fundamentals of standup fighting. These classes will also utilize the 125 lb professional heavy bags.
